Looking at my bill in January 2019, somehow my supplier was still Just Energy. I called their customer service and the customer service told me on the first phone call, I told them I wanted to I am very dissatisfied with the service and customer service with this company. Haven't had just energy for over a year and all of a sudden I get these messages saying I owe 32.08. For what I don't know. I paid it but to anyone thinking of going with this company DON'T. Very rude customer service and not very knowledgeable on the company.
