He turned it down from a 7 to a 3 . It still has a minor sweat. I have another smaller Frigidaire freezer ( 10 cu ft vs new 17 cu ft.) and never had this problem. I Both men were very accomodating in delivery and setup. We couldn't be more happy with the service and product all around.
